It's never fails, especially as we turn the corner into spring and the start of the Summer Selling season, we see a few signs out there FOR SALE BY OWNER... I understand the logic.. do it myself and save.

Before you give it a go you consider our TOP 10 WAYS to make more money selling with a broker in this multi-part Series beginning today:

#1. LAW OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND - The bottom line here is; The VAST majority of Buyers Demand Professional Representation for a home Purchase and Most will Sign a Buyer Representation Agreement with a Real Estate Agent prior to beginning their home search! It is IMPOSSIBLE for a homeowner to provide the kind of exposure for their property to Interested Cooperating Brokers (who have SIGNED AGREEMENTS WITH THESE BUYERS) any other way than can be obtained by listing with a Full Service Broker using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and making an offer of compensation through the local Board of Realtors.
