What is the best way to find homes before they go on the Market?
The answer to this question may very well be finding a Broker that can get you an exclusive connection to select pre-market inventory.
Remember the days when homes may have taken a few months to sell? Things have changed in many areas and increasingly Buyers are looking to Brokers and Agents for a window into inventory not yet advertised.
Even prior to the hot Seller markets we are seeing today, the best Brokers have employed "Coming Soon" or "Pre-Marketing" Campaigns as part of their standard operating procedure for years.
It is a great way to be sure that each home is properly prepared and staged prior to the first showings, and it has proven to make all the difference in the way the property is received in the market.
