Leadership - The way to Personal Growth and Beyond

In an effort to grow my business and focus on personal growth I have recently begun a course of study in Leadership. Kudos to Danny L. Smith of Gateway Mortgage for his invitation to a series on Impact Leadership that he has been running. During a series of weekly meetings we have been studying the Impact of Leadership on personal growth. As with most courses of study we begin with a series of questions and self evaluation. What would you like to achieve in the next hour? What are your plans for today, this week or the month? Where will you be in 5 years?

Taking the time to understand where we are today and what we are thankful for is something many people will be contemplating as the holidays approach and I believe it is a great time for me personally to analyse the potential I have that has not been achieved. Whatever we accomplish in life is restricted or propelled by our ability to lead.

Mankind has achieved many great feats in history. What is your legacy going to be? What can each of us do to lead ourselves and others to greatness and achieve higher levels of fulfillment? Great questions for our season of reflection and thanksgiving soon upon us.
