Cedar Park where our PEOPLE make the Difference!
SIGNS of GROWTH are all around us in Cedar Park.
If you are a resident of Cedar Park, especially over the last few years, it has been hard NOT to notice the development that is going on and for many this has been a Welcome Change.
The obvious challenge for any community is making sure that growth does not bring with it the negativity often associated with expansion.
In the meantime, at least for now, it seems that the residents of Cedar Park are enjoying one of the nicest places to live in the country.
Probably not a surprise especially given that 5 of the top ten Suburban Places to live in the country are in Texas. According to a Recent Movoto.com Poll, Cedar Park ranks as the Number 5 Place to live with our closest neighbors in Round Rock and Georgetown slightly ahead in the rankings at number 3 and 4 on the list.
The poll which rated amenities like shopping, dining and entertainment and took into account the percentage cost of living (above or below the national average). It also considered crime rate, education, and employment as major factors in their analysis.
In my opinion, no matter how the rankings turn out, there is one thing I know that Cedar Park, TX has going for it. That is the PEOPLE. Stats like ours prove we have a great community full of great people and if THAT TREND continues to grow, the desirability of Cedar Park as a place to live, will keep getting better!
