Don't go it alone when it comes to home selling - part 2 of 10 part series
Thinking on going alone best advice I can give you is DON'T - There is no replacement for the expertise a qualified Broker can bring to your home sale. In my experience most homeowners considering a sale on their own are focused on the commissions. Why not save some money right? One of the best ways to make money is to attract a Buyer in the first place ... no Buyer ... no Money. The more Buyers that you can expose the property to the greater the opportunity that exists to find one ready willing and able to buy.
Consider this analogy - you have an item of value maybe an antique or something valuable. Where would you expect the get the highest value for the item? 1.
