Eric helped me sell my house quickly (in 4 days!) in the midst of an ugly divorce. He was professional and unbiased and maintained clear communication throughout the process with both parties as needed, which allowed the transaction to take place as seamlessly as possible. Eric is a no-nonsense type of realtor--there are no gimmicks and he is up-front and honest with you, which I appreciate. We hit a pretty serious hurdle with my ex-husband during the process, and Eric helped me navigate it so that we were able to close on time. I cannot thank Eric enough for everything he did for us and will be using him again!

We have used Eric on four transactions and have been impressed with every one of them. Eric is very knowledgeable about so much! He has been doing this for decades and he has seen it all but if it happens he does not know the answer, he will find it for you! He works with nothing but the best when it comes to the Title Company, Lenders, Inspectors, etc. Eric is also one of the best negotiators I have seen in a long time which can be very helpful when trying to buy or sell a home. His advice was always spot on and we know he has helped us make and save money on our transactions. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent.

Eric helped my husband and I buy our first family home. The market here in the Austin, Texas area was very tough but Eric never let us give up. Eric really thought outside of the box and worked with us to ensure we could get the home we wanted. If it wasn't for Eric and his exceptional skills, my husband and I would have never found our home.

Eric has been helping me lease the property since 2005. Once it came time to Sell he was very guiding and honest. Every question we had he found an answer for. The house was listed for 4 hrs. Before we had our first two offers. Within 24 hrs. We had numerous offers. It took 7 days from listing to closing on the property which is crazy fast. I would Eric for Rental and or Sale of a property.

Eric is a phenomenal Realtor... He's helped me purchase land, sell two homes and purchase three in the past 10 years. He's the consummate professional. His knowledge of all the laws and process are invaluable. He's saved me money in nearly every transaction through his process knowledge and the manner in which he does his homework. We've always quickly come to an agreement regarding what my property is likely worth in the current market. In both cases I sold upper end properties quickly. One in a couple of days and the other in a couple of weeks. Both above market value. Eric's marketing capability regarding how he positions and shows your home are top notch. He is your advocate and partner and will go to the mat for you. He is tough but fair in negotiations which I highly appreciate. I will not ever look for another realtor as long as Eric is still in business. Even then I might coax him out of retirement :)

We partnered with Eric to sell our home when a new job required us to relocate. What differentiated Eric from the other Realtors we met with was the amount of time he spent with us to understand exactly what our objectives and priorities were for the transaction. Based on those conversations, Eric helped us develop a game plan for selling our home. Eric knew the market and what investments we needed to make in order to get maximum value out of our home. Within 18 hours of our home being listed on the MLS we received an offer at the price we wanted and closed on it shortly thereafter. I had my house on the market for all most a year and it didn't sell. Even though i have to lower the price more than once. I took it off the market and with in months of Eric taking a shot of me and my house, it was sold. If you need to have your house sell - Eric is the guy. Not only his he knowledgable, but he his very responsive and very helpful even after the house is sold. In the buying process of my new home, his was there and still after i closed over a month ago.
